Not only did one of the $1,100 masks that we purchased come with a bro…
Not only did one of the $1,100 masks that we purchased come with a broken regulator - our box came damaged and we have 2 invoices that are not even to us, they’re to two other people from two different companies. There is clearly no one doing quality checks here and it’s unfortunate because had someone actually got into the open water with this mask and broken regulator - it could be potentially fatal. The response was unhelpful other than a return slip for refund. No offer of resolution or getting us another mask as soon as possible or even some sort of discount to make up for an incredibly inconvenient experience right before a dive trip. - via
