Lack of lodge space to accommodate a race event. Frustrated and rude staff, mean to visiting groups. Strange interactions with the staff members: 1) space restrictions seem to apply Asians/minorities on-site; didn’t see the lesson program director ushering other (white) people in the space. 2) when our Asian friend asked for a utensil at the food counter, she was questioned on if she purchased food on-site; when our white friend did the same, no question was asked. Both families purchased lunch at the lodge. Our experience is not statically significant to call it targeted but sure feels somewhat biased. Just leaving a trace online in case future minority visitors of this resort experience anything similar. Last and most concerning part of our experience here: snowmobiles running fast across the trails and one almost hit a child coming down the hill. I question the safety standard of this establishment… - via
