If there was a separate rating system I would have given 5 stars for the pool training. It was great. Dealing with Tyler however left a sour taste in my mouth. My husband & I were very understanding that we didn't leave much time for open water dives before our trip, but when someone says to you 3 times, that they may have something, but they don't bother to get back to you when they say they will is very unprofessional. On top of that, when I decided to contact Tyler myself he was very short & dismissive. It was apparent that I was annoying to him, not worth his time or money & once again didn't call back like he said he would. If you don't care to or are unable to get us dives, all you have to do is be transparent about it & not leave us waiting for a dead end. I guess we will be buying all our gears & booking our advanced trip elsewhere. I have no patience for that treatment. - via
