The name comes from the MSEB tower that is installed nearby. It is not a easily accessible place. At the time of installation of tower, power company made a narrow cement road that can be used by only one vehicle at a time. The road is in pretty damaged condition and a normal vehicle will surely get damaged. The climb is steep and hence walking is ruled out unless you are a regular hiker. Don't even think of taking a bike or scooter, too risky. Only a 4WD SUV can climb this road. However once you reach on top overcoming these obstacles, the vistas that you see are worth taking the efforts. Please note this is not a normal tourist spot, this is used by paragliders and only professional paragliders and the ones who wants to experience paragliding come to this spot. If you decide to visit this place it is quite possible that you may not find anyone here on most of the days. - via
