Worst experience ever! Not recommended at all!!! Not even 1 star worth it... Snorkel tour to Great Barrier Reef that should have never taken place. We were scared to death and worried about our lives. Waves were so high, everybody vomitting on the boat, crew were laughing and making fun of the tourists. Elderly man could not hold on to the ship's rail, fell against it and hurt his head severely, could have been even dead.
Even after our direct complaining and refund request, more than half a year later still no refund or even a final answer. Very poor service! Stay away from this company with very bad behaviour and attitude!!!
Update: After having received an answer below from the provider, it is interesting to see that with no word is taken care of our original refund request and that we were not provided with a final answer, NOT even after 6 months!!! What else do I have to say!
