The store supposedly closed at 7 p.m., I arrived on a Friday at 5:30 p.m., door closed. I ring the bell, a little girl opens the window. I deduce that it must be the manager's daughter. I explained to him that I would like to fill my bottle (incidentally I also needed to buy some equipment). This one tells me she's coming, then 1 minute later (probably time to tell mom/dad what's going on) comes back to the window to tell me that the store is closed... at 5:30 p.m....
That we are not respecting the schedule even though I had rung the day before is already a burden, but on top of that we are sending a child to manage dissatisfied customers. Wow, hello trader.
Experience before this one was also unpleasant because despite the phone call the day before, when I arrived I was told that they don't know how to fill my bottle because “not the right connection”...
