We booked with Captain Rafa last minute based on a referral that said he was the best - and man was he right!! The responsiveness from the first set up was great. Capt Rafa gave us a call to set everything up and text us the info on how to get to the marina. He was a total pro and fun to hang out with. The boat was really nice and with a full walk around the center consol, so we never had to worry about tripping over anything when fighting the big tarpon. He set everything up for us and was constantly aware of where the fish were showing. He had waters and sodas and even a beer for us. We did the half day trip but I wish we did more. We will definitely seek him out for multi day when we return to PR. Whole fishing is fishing and it was fun to just go out, we brought in 4 tarpon and a snook on a day when the weather might not have been ideal. Capt Rafa took great pics of our catches and sent them to us. Thank you Rafa for an amazing, memorable experience. Highly recommend!!! - via
