Slightly expensive and poorly organised. I did my open water with DiveZone Tokyo in September and my instructor forgot to bring my log book, which was part of the package I paid for. He promised he would bring it if I attended the next social event, which I did but again he forgot. I have tried to contact him several times since but he has been "too busy" and now isn't picking up calls. It has been 2 months - via
