This company went above and beyond to accomodate us for the whale shark tour on the very last day prior to the port closure due to high winds. They put together a crew at the last minute, specifically the last day before the port closure. We had initially booked with another company but that tour group company cancelled our tour stating they had no room for us on that afternoon day of tours even though we had booked a month prior. The Captain Javier and guide Marcos from the Cortez Club were awesome!! We are forever grateful to them for this one of a life time experience!! The Cortez club by their actions show how much they care. I highly reccommend them!! - via
