Overall an alright experience, seeing as I'm here able to write a review. The front desk staff was great, very friendly and communicative. My jump had to be rescheduled twice due to weather conditions, which was fine and not in their control at all.
The actual jump took quite a few hours, which was mostly expected. It was my first time skydiving, so I was nervous and not totally sure what to expect. When it came time to go it seemed as if the tandem instructors were in a big rush, and my person was not communicative with me at all - I believe his name was Robbie. I get that he's doing it all the time, but I had hoped for at least a little bit of enthusiasm, and more communication about what to even expect. He seemed like he did not want to be there or interacting with me at all. I got that same type of vibe from a few other members of staff as well.
I paid for the picture package which was worth it to me because I got a couple that I really liked. I am grateful to have had a safe jump, but I'm not planning on returning to this place for my future jumps. It was a bummer to have this as a first jump experience. - via
