We couldn’t see anything. The water was so silty. There were 2 manatees because we saw their snout when they came up to breathe but that was it. When I researched online the pics showed a clear river, where the boat stopped was in front of houses. There were 5 other manatee company boats with 20+ people each in the water. When we arrived at the shop we were given a wet suit and snorkel equipment, sat in a classroom and watched an 8 min safety video, then had to get back in our car to drive 3min to the marina. Got on the boat and out into an inlet busy with boat traffic. During the 3 hours we spent 25 min in the water “looking” for manatees we couldn’t see. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and open to converse and answer questions. - via google
