Very nice diving spots and good dive guides.
They're a bit rusty on the communication, though.
The day before the dive, we received a message not to arrive before 7.30 am. Because then the staff would still be busy with preparing things. At 7.26 am. on the dive day, we got a call from them asking where we were, as they had to leave soon. We weren't there yet because you told us not to be there yet.
The diving was amazing! We booked 2 dives, and we were very excited for the second one. So we were waiting around the shop, making sure our gear was ready for the second dive. But we waited and waited. And nothing happened. Se I asked when we were expected to leave for the second dive. That's when they told us there won't be a second dive because the boat needed maintenance. Apparently, everyone knew except us. Very disappointing. Please make sure everyone is informed and make sure your boats are ready before the start of the day, so you don't have to cancel dives unexpectedly. All in all, it was still a nice day. But the customer service could use some improvement. - via
