Wish there was a 6th star I could click! The level 1 course I did was phenomenal, it by far exceeded my expectations.. I learned some skills I'll be able to bring in to my daily life, skills that are well needed like relaxation, breath work and meditation, but also a connection to nature that this course gave me the opportunity to explore more deeply (pun not intended). The Apneista team were all impeccable teachers, hosts, guides and protectors, they offer up such a mix of experience, knowledge and guidance. I also loved the community vibe there, I felt so welcome. The food was also amazing - I'll be dreaming of that burrito forevermore! Thanks team, I feel truly blessed to have had such a profound and impactful experience. The only problem now is that I have the free diving bug!! - via
