My experience taking the OW course here was great years ago, but when I signed up for the AOW I encountered consistent un-responsiveness despite having paid for the online module already.
To be fair COVID did play a role in this, but after multiple e-mails and calls it's just not the level of service you'd expect from any organization.
Ended up having to pay for course a second time (due to COVID/expiration of module) after finding another dive shop and no response. - via 
Found Mike's shop online and glad I decided to complete my AOW with him.
He's very passionate about the hobby, knowledgeable, and most importantly very patient which are rare qualities these days.
