I have to echo all of the other reviewers here who have said that Alex is the best instructor you could ask for. He mentioned to me that he is on duty almost every single day, so there is a good chance he will be your instructor if you book this outfitter.
The location is super convenient and the rates are very competitive with any other rentals you will find out there. As mentioned on their website, their equipment is the latest and most advanced, with both a throttle and brake on either handle.
Alex knows the best routes to take, the best photo spots, and will take your picture in multiple spots with amazing views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
Even though we were the only ones who booked our timeslot, Alex still showed great enthusiasm and provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process.
