The 2 star rating and reviews on Google are a mystery to all of us here. The WA Skydiving Academy has been operating since 1987 and enjoys a safety record second to none and a 5 star customer satisfaction approval rating on Facebook. 1 Google review posted a year ago gave us a 5 star approval but no commentary and yet 3 reviews all suddenly appear around the same time frame and all are negative, defamatory and even personal?....were we really having a bad hair day/s or is there something more to this? We do know De'Arne is a dissatisfied customer that failed to appear for her booked jump and then made several threatening phone calls because we withheld her deposit as per the terms of her contract with us. She informed us she was going to smear us on social media unless we gave into her demands. We do not live in a perfect world, planes do breakdown from time to time, weather does turn bad and staff do get sick, all of these scenarios might lead to delays or cancellations, it is never a conspiracy to upset clients. We will never jump clients if the conditions are not perfect and we will never put commercial gain in front good sound safety policy. - via
