I have lived in Costa Rica for 12 years and was a travel agent for 10 of those years. I have traveled extensively all over Costa Rica and have not experienced such magic in a long time. The place is well maintained, waterfalls are spectacular, pristine river, picturesque setting and authentic cloud forest experience. I highly recommend this experience. I did the big hike and wasn't interested in the horseback or canopy bike experience. The ascent to the top is tough but I saw an amazing rare bird called the Jacamar. Really glad I visited this place and I will be back next month with my kids! - via
