I have been diving with Diversity Diving in Playa del Carmen, Mexico since 2016, and it has been an outstanding experience every time. The owner, Gustavo, is an absolute genius when it comes to diving, and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to the local dive sites and marine life. He is always fun to dive with, and he makes sure that everyone on the boat has an amazing time.
The dive sites in Playa del Carmen are truly spectacular, and Diversity Diving knows all the best spots. They take you to some of the most beautiful reefs, caves, and wrecks in the area, which are teeming with marine life. The dives are always well-planned and executed, and the safety of the divers is always the top priority. The Cenotes of course are as well a huge highlight and Diversity takes you to all of them!
The boat, La Raya, is also in great condition and provides a comfortable and safe diving experience. It is well-maintained, and the crew is friendly and helpful. The boat rides to and from the dive sites are comfortable and enjoyable.
I have made many friends (Gus, Meghan, Francesca, Kike, Paloma, Patrick, Pao, Gansito just to name a few) along the way diving with Diversity Diving, and that is one of the best things about this dive shop. Not only you will have an unforgettable dive experience but also you will make friends with other divers. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and Gustavo's passion for diving and marine life is contagious.
Overall, I highly recommend Diversity Diving to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, you're guaranteed to have an amazing time diving with Gus and his team.
