To all who is reading this review, I highly recommend this jet ski rental (Rocky River Jet Ski Rentals)!
I decided to get away from the chaotic city life of Phoenix, and went to Laughlin to relax at the Colorado River. I stayed at Laughlin for three days/two nights. And, as you know, there are a surplus of water activities in/on the Colorado River. There are multiple companies near the river that provide many rental services. All provide the same experience and service expect for one company in particular. You guessed it, Rocky River Jet Ski.
I decided to try out this jet ski rental company called Rocky River Jet Ski Rentals on Thursday, August 25th. Perfect day to go out onto the water. Competitive pricing, no major security deposit (most places require like a $400 USD deposit! Not Rocky River Jet Ski Rentals!), and, most importantly, the customer service. To be more specific, Tony S.
When going through the safety speech, Tony S. did an excellent job on using "technical writing" in speech form. Straight to the point, explained everything in full detail with just a few words, and having a smile on his face while explaining the procedures to me. To me, Tony made me feel comfortable on how to operate a jet ski, and that I am able to approach Tony with any questions or concerns that I had. A friendly atmosphere surrounds Tony S.!
I enjoyed the experience so much, I decided to take my other traveling companions to the same jet sky rental place the next day! And guess who was at the dock waiting for us?! That is right, the person who has the best customer service that I have ever received; and that is Tony S.! Again, Tony S. was very kind to my traveling companions, and explained everything in full detail with a welcoming body language! Give kudos to Tony S.!
And here is a little surprise! A major reason why Rocky River Jet Sky Rental deserves a higher five star rating! While I was zooming on the Colorado River, I did end up getting a little too close to the shore line. I thought I was far enough but I was in the wrong. Because of this, the jet ski that I rented sucked a rock into the intake valve of the jet ski. Thus, rendered the jet ski inoperative. Because of my snafu, I thought I would be paying a heavy fine.
Luckily, the owner (I believe her name is Hannah) of Rocky River Jet Ski Rental ignored the trend of corporate greed America, understood my mistake, and waivered the cost to repair the jet ski. That right there made the difference. People out in the world only care about your money. But Hannah and Tony ignored this evil trait, and cared about my enjoyment of the jet ski. They even gave me a new jet ski to rent for free, and gave me more time to zoom onto the river! And Tony S. asked me if I was doing well!
That right there made my day. Fantastic, supreme, amazing, superb, outstanding, superior, deluxe, magnificent, noble, splendid, and marvelous customer service from Tony S., the owner Hannah, and the two female workers at the front counter.
In summary:
To everyone that wants to rent a jet ski while staying in Laughlin, go to Rocky River Jet Ski Rentals. The store owner Hannah, employee Tony S., and the other employees shall take good care of you.
But please, take care of their jet ski. Please, don't zoom too close to the shore. Don't make the same mistake that I did. I don't want this company to go away! I want this company to stay forever! - via
