Went for some local dives in January. The crew and staff were super friendly and made sure we had a safe drive. However we were surprised that the team didn't really have a great understanding of the weather and conditions before setting out. Lots of new dive masters and those in training but not as much local knowledge as expected. I think most shops would have at least given a heads up the morning of as conditions were very rough and visibility was ~5 feet. Would recommend the savvy diver to watch the weather very closely and delay local dives if rough during this time of year as it seems like most local dives are close together. - via
