I recently did my advanced open water and nitrox certifications here. It involved 6 dives over 3 days, including a dive with EANx30, and a deep dive to 27 metres. In the latter of these, we explored the wreck of a cargo ship that had sank 30 years ago.
There are a few things that make me think very highly of this dive centre:
- Jose is a patient and kind teacher. He clearly cares deeply about those he meets and dives with.
- The diving equipment is of high quality and in great condition. The wet suits in particular feel new and are thoroughly insulating.
- The dive sites are varied and interesting.
- Jose tailored each dive to our interests. For instance, I love octopuses, so Jose was able to find several on our dives, despite their ingenious camouflage.
- Throughout the dives, Jose was able to spot and correct subtle mistakes we were making. I finished this course feeling like a far more skilled diver than when I had started. - via
