Highly recommend Pacific Ocean Sports. I just completed my Open Water Diver Certification. They take safety very seriously and are accommodating, inviting, and extremely passionate. The instructors I had (Ryan and Brandon) have years of experience and made me feel comfortable and confident even when I was a little unsure of myself. Once you get out into Monterey Bay for your open water dives is when you really understand what drives people into doing this. The confined water dives were done at the pools at Heather Farms, which is a great facility and heated. There was no pressure to buy anything afterwards.
