We should have a trip with this provider but 40 minutes before it should start, they send just cancellation email with explanation that weather is not suitable for travel. Which was a lie, as in 15 minutes we just found another company which took us on the same day with same amount of attractions. No direct contact by phone, just an email. We are disappointed especially we carefully choose specific company due to what they offer and due to their opinions. Seems was mistake. - via
