The first time you are hooked to the kite and feel its power, it's easy to get discouraged and think you'll never have the finesse to control it. But the instructor helped us understand what we needed to focus on and how not to overreact to the kite, and by the end of the lesson, we were both feeling pretty confident. We'll definitely be booking another session to begin practice on the board and we hope to be pros in no time!
