It is one of the newest "High Class" Hotels around Davao. But overpriced. It means, it is one of the best hotels you can visit here, and they have a lot of fine thinks (Poolbiliard, Dart, 3 Restaurants, nice pool, Kajak, more and more...), but the Price is 13K Pesos/Night. Thats 237 USD. If you look at Europe or America or even Singapore, you can find Hotels for this price with a higher Quality & Standard.
Don't get me wrong: If you visit, you will love it, you will be proud, you will post it at FB, you will enjoy it.
But there are puddles in the shower, still a lot of crowded and smelly places at the area, open gaps in tiles... Just normal for a Philippino made building, nothing special. But if the price is at international standard, the Quality needs also to compare with international facilities. - via
