Newbie here! I needed to get a mask, booties, fins , etc. For a trip coming up and was nervous but instantly put at ease by Lann, the owner. He helped me pick out what was going to work best for my situation and he was very patient. The owners and even the other customers were both so helpful and welcoming of all my many questions. Didn’t feel I was being upsold, I felt like my safety and comfort was their top priority.
