I cant tell about the diving course. However, they charge 150 php + the environment fee (100 php, which is ok for conservation) if you go snorkeling in front of the resort. The reef is beautiful, however, it doesn't make sense to charge an entry fee higher than the environmental fee. If they use the entrance fee in a good way, to conserve the area as well, I would be happy to pay. But so far, it doesn't seem to be the case - it seems just a way to make money from tourists that just want to reach the sea and enjoy the nature, which should be public. - via
