An outstanding business.
I have lost count of the number of times these guys have bailed me out with my dive kit, not only when I'm in Orkney but also in the off season when I have needed things done.
Neck seals, wrist seals, zips, inflator valves, dump vales, punctures and the usual drysuit issues are no problem (unsurprisingly to a neoprene craftsman such as Ben), but leaky regs, sticky BCD inflator valves and dead torches have also been sorted for me, usually within minutes!
Sara is also the epitome of helpfulness, sorting timelines for work, prices, shipping and just being really engaged and well organised. I had a drysuit problem that needed to be resolved to a tight timeline for an upcoming trip and Sara really went out of her way to courier the suit back to me with a few days to spare.
So brilliant service and exceptional technical skills are the order of the day here.
