As with all companies there might be some bad apples, that might potentially make your experience bad. Today went to the tour. The person at meeting place was quite rude. We are a family of 4 including 6 and 7 year kids. So asked them politely what time to arrange for taxi pick up as it is quite hard to get taxis after 830 pm and don't want to be stranded. (I booked 9-1030 trip, they texted me and asked to be there at 730 which I did and they said they will start tour at 8, so I wasn't sure what to expect regarding times). The person in charge got angry. She says it might tour might take 15 min or 90 min. Obviously that's a gross exaggeration for potential 15 min widow variability. Even though tour is for 90 min per website. So asked again rough estimate. I was polite. For what ever reason she was extremely angry and rude. Yelled at me for a while. Long story, I stepped back.
Any other situation I would have walked away from tour. But after coming from San Juan specifically for this tour with family, and booked overnight stay as no late night ferries back, we continued.
They know that this is 8-930 pm tour and so people don't have too many options at that time . So I get they can misbehave and get away with it. I asked for her name to the driver and he refused to share. He said his name was Edwardo.
Prefer not to be yelled at for asking a simple practical question. Thankfully for them it is not recurrent customer business. They obviously would not care if I came back or not. - via
