My 9 year old cousin stayed with me for about a month this past summer, I ended up signing him up for the full day summer camp in Ocean Beach. There were about four kids, all around the same age, who did the camp as well. They all had so much fun! Johnny, my cousin, ended up surfing 2-3 times a day for a few hours, which is a lot of time in the water. They also had adventures for each day. I remember one day they went to the tide poles and were able to watch a bunch of sea creatures. They also played games in the sand, walked down the end on the pier and got to watch the locals surf just below. This was such a great experience for my cousin. He is so excited to come visit again next summer and sign up for camp as well! - via
