DO NOT BOOK YOUR TOUR WITH THIS OUTFIT. They are unprofessional and unethical in the extreme. We booked a bio pay tour online yesterday. We arrived at their kiosk (the address given to us) ten minutes before the tour was about to begin, at 8.30. The kiosk was completely shut. There were no lights on. There was no one in attendance. We called the number given to us in our confirmation email. No one picked up at that number. We waited around for several minutes. We saw NO ONE. We believed, quite reasonably, that no tour was on. (Every other kiosk that had tours about to start was open, lighted up, and staffed.) We were extremely disappointed. We had one night to do the bio bay tour and this was it. We tried to make the best of it and walked over to another kiosk to book a tour for the evening. AFTER 8.30 (the appointed start time for the tour), we received a call asking us where we were. We had already booked a bio bay tour with another outfit, as we explained on the call. We were told the manager would contact us about a refund.
Today, after we explained all of this to the manager, we were told there would be no refund. There wasnt even an apology. Apparently, we were meant to wait in a dark alleyway until after 8.30, in the vague (and unrealistic) hope that someone would finally turn up in a van. We are extremely disappointed in Salty Spirit. At the very least someone should have been able to answer our call to the number given BY THEM ten minutes before the tour was about to start. Or they should have called us back BEFORE the tour was meant to start.
They have stolen $159 from us, with no apology, or even a reasonable explanation. Instead, they have defended their unprofessional behavior, adding insult to injury. Do yourself a favor and do not book with this unethical business. If we could give them zero stars, we would. - via 
My husband and I had a fantastic time on the bio bay tour. The clear kayaks were amazingyou could see the microorganisms lit up underneath the boat. The guides (Jimmy and Eloy) were excellentfriendly, informative, and always happy to answer questions. Very cool experience! - via
