Amazing customer service. Drinks and umbrellas were already set up at the beach and taxi was on time with 20 minute ride each way. Two person is on the island with you for anything you need and lets you know when it’s time to head back. Snorkeling and tour of the island included but was optional. The island tour was very informative and the guide came prepared with bug spray to use in wooded areas. Sand was nice and beach was steep in some areas with clear water. It would have been better if we were given a place in flatter/broader beach area for the safety of the kids but overall we had a great time. - via
