Booked 3 rooms for family reunion after 4 years due to covid.
Wow, if only i can give 10 stars for the services.
Such warm, kind and genuine service from each of the staff, had made our stay such a memorable and pleasant experience, and we thank you for that .
The food was delicious, the view is magnificent, the personal touch and caring is so lovely and made us feel special. I came back everyday in th late afternoon from activities, my bed were prepared and poem card on my bed.
When we were check out, the staffs gave us a card with lovely message and added their signatures. Such a warm gestures that touch my heart.
Highly recommended accommodation to stay, if you looking for 5 stars service, to snorkling and to explore the beauty of the Menjangan island.
This accommodation is located in National park and they provide us safari car to travel around the area, so it feel like we were in a safari trip. We would love to come back again one day. - via
