NO CALL NO SHOWED US.
Went in person on Saturday to ask about options. A gentleman talked us through and we decided on snorkeling. We filled out a form for 2 of us, paying for a 3rd ghost rider to hit his minimum. We agreed for 1230 for the next day, Sunday, and he said to get there around 12.
We get there at 12, told all the other captains what we were there for. 12:40 rolls around and someone finally tells us that he isn't going to show up. Supposedly he told someone else it was too murky and that he'd call us but he never did. He had my phone number and email.
Extremely frustrating considering we double checked everything with him and were looking forward to an afternoon out on the water.
We were lucky the parasailing team was able to accommodate us so the trip to the dock wasn't a waste.
Be cautious when booking. Supposedly he does this to people pretty often. - via
