Ok,so I called to schedule an appointment after spending 400$ on two certificates for my boyfriend for Christmas to schedule to Jumps. They were originally located in Boulder when I purchased the tickets, I called to find out they moved to Glenwood Springs over 3+ hours away. I spoke with the owner of the company and he was thee rudest person in customer service I have EVER spoke to . I requested for a refund because we did not have the transportation to drive 3+ hours through out the mountains to get there. He told me "take the bus" and tried to convince me to keep my tickets I explained I bought the tickets under the impression I would be jumping in Boulder and that I wanted a refund. It took over a month and 10+ calls and arguing to get my money back. Think twice before you jump here. - via
