I was glad I did a couple of dives in Unawatuna even with the sometimes poor visibility (4 metres on our second dive) which I was told was due to the season, but I was unhappy with Divers Land’s exchange rate when it came to paying as it seemed quite dishonest. I was also unimpressed with our guide not bothering to remove a plastic bag that drifted past him on one of the dives. He also poked at a box fish multiple times so the other divers could see it, which didn’t sit well with me. - via
