Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a dive shop. Actually, worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. Employees are inexperienced, they dont know the product, and misrepresent (lie) about what the store has in stock. After I phoned and inquired as to an item being in stock, the employee advised it was. I advised the employee I would be down to purchase. Drove down to purchase it and of course it is not in stock in the store. Item in stock at the warehouse. When I asked the employee why he didnt clarify over the phone that the item was not in stock, especially since I told him I was driving down, he said "technically it is in stock, just not in the store." Completely unacceptable. I will not return to this business. - via
