Unexpected experience. At first I didn’t want tell it out. My wife encouraged me to do it. First, no refund of price difference for wrongly chosen model for my son due to age limitations. There is no clear wording on the web page unless the user click the small icon to see the age limitations for each ATV model. Secondly, the lady at the window questioned us watching safety videos in speedy mode. I believe nobody wants to be treated in this way. I just curious if the employees there are treated like this at other store in the future, how do they feel? - via
