Review from an ACTUAL scuba professional: Worst Customer Experience… EVER!! In the 15 years of diving, 8 of them as a dive professional, I have NEVER been so disappointed & dissatisfied with the overall lack of communication, common courtesy, or professionalism by the majority of the staff members… management included. As the owner & lead instructor of my own scuba business, I would be EMBARRASSED knowing one of my customers was treated the way I was for the last 3 days. Rest assured, I’ll be contacting the owner as soon as possible. - via
