Estive na estancia no último sábado, 11/02. Fizemos a reserva dos equipamentos e passe para usar durante todo o dia, com antecedência pelo site. Ao chegar no local para receber os equipamentos já percebemos o quando é tumultuado e desorganizado. Os atendentes ficam perdidos, não há filas e muita gente se esbarrando por todos os lados. Conseguimos alguém para nos atender, um atendente prestativo, porém, foi interrompido por outra colaboradora que exigiu que o mesmo parasse de nos atender e desse prioridade para ela, pois ela estava com alunos que haviam pago para fazer aulas particulares. Isso mesmo, se você pagar, além do equipamento e uso das pistas, as aulas, o atendimento é prioritário.
