Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The other reviews about these two shop owners being grouchy are absolutely correct. they do not care about you, they do not care about customer service. I had a very simple question to ask about one of their products and they do not want to spend any time explaining anything. Either you buy it or you get out of their shop, period. - via
