I purchased an expensive dive mask on line. It leaked. I took it to the Divers warehouse to show them and purchase a new one. They told me it was not the mask but my "laugh lines" on my face that was causing the leak. They did not want to sell me a new one, even though I was prepared to purchase their most expensive one. What outstanding service. - via
