Upfront, the 3 star rating istn't for the diving, as I'm sure it's pretty cool with Tarpoon. No, I can only rate my experience. I booked a tour, but got sick and had to cancel. There was no refund, which I understood, as I cancelled on the day of the dive. However, they offered me to go with them on a dive another day. I contacted them the following day to arrange a new dive. Unfortunately they never got back to me and didn't respond, so I am not sure how serious that offer really was. - via
