I just completed the PADI ReActivate with Abyss after not having dived for quite a while, and now feel comfortable and confident about diving again. A special callout to Graham, our instructor, who was informative, thorough, supportive and really helpful. The pace of the instruction was perfect; we covered a lot but in a way that allowed everything to sink in. Over the course of the day Graham guided us through all of the essential skills we might need for open water diving, and then capped it off by leading us on a shore dive off Cronulla. It was more than just a refresher course; it was a really great day. It was delivered professionally and kindly for everyone in the group, in which there were differing levels of expertise and confidence. Lunch was part of the deal offered by Abyss but I felt it was a bit light on. But in the scheme of things, doing the ReActivate was of course the reason for being there and that was excellent! - via
