Our guides were very friendly and nice, but one of the girls who check us in did something wrong we didnt appear on our tour when we ask they send us with the group but the same girl i think her name was Gaby was very rude and she told us infront the group that she dont call us and we ask her to double check on her tablet, she check and we were there, instead to apologize she continues to said we werent on her list at the begining very unconfortable time for us, but worth the experience the view was amazing and our guides very kind - via
