In 2019 I had to wait 4 months to receive a wetsuit due to a manufacturing defect. Saturated with the store's inability to resolve the issue, I contacted the manufacturer directly, who in less than a week resolved the situation. I have since decided that I would only go to this store as a last resort.
Two years later I decided to buy a simple piece at the convenience store. I called the day before to confirm that there was stock. I got an affirmative answer and the next day I went to the store – to be told that they had nothing after all.
The most unspeakable turns out not to be the manifest incompetence but the inability to recognize that they did not act correctly.
I do not recommend this store.

Em 2019 tive 4 meses à espera para receber um fato de mergulho devido a um defeito de fabrico. Saturado da incapacidade de resolução por parte da loja, contactei diretamente o fabricante que em menos de uma semana resolveu a situação. Desde então decidi que só iria a esta loja em último recurso.
Passados dois anos decidi comprar uma simples peça na loja por conveniência. Liguei no dia anterior para confirmar a existência de stock. Tive resposta afirmativa e no dia seguinte desloquei-me à loja – para me dizerem que afinal não tinham nada.
O mais inominável acaba por não ser a manifesta incompetência mas a incapacidade de reconhecer que não agiram de modo correto.
