I’ve done my 50 Hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Caroline…
I've done my 50 Hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Caroline Layzell in Lembongan and it was just so good. She is a very good teacher, specially in Yin, she knows how to guide you but gives the essential freedom and confidence to take the pose that is better for you body. As a student during the training, i really liked how much she was passionate and she has so much knowledge. She was really organized during the theory classes, so day after day, all the new knowledge takes shape and makes sense. I really recommend her training!
