I recently completed my Advanced Open Water dive certification at Haliotis. Victor was our instructor throughout the course, and Pedro was the boat operator. Both Vistor and Pedro were amazing to work with and were able to adjust their instruction to varying levels of divers on our course. We all had an amazing time, and Victor knew the dive locations so well that we were able to see a vast expanse of wildlife and different rock formations, whic made the course that much better. We eneded up choosing this dive centre for our Advance Open Water course because of the reviews online, and the speed at which they got back to us when we inquired about the course. I would highly recommend that anyone that is travelling to Maderia that is looking to advance their skills as a diver or simply looking to do some recreational diving that they look up Haliotis. All of the equipment was in very good shape, and I felt comfortable using their equipment, which allowed me to not have to travel with any of my diving gear. - via
