Unfortunately, my daughter's diving course didn't come to fruition as she failed to register. After trying to register via the homepage (I wasn't sure if that worked), I decided to call the rope school the following day
-> big mistake!!
I was shouted at in a really unfriendly manner, which is why I wrote an email and called. Then I was accused of not sticking to the opening times (which according to the homepage wasn't true, why do you pick up then?), etc.
I was really shocked at this unfriendliness - I don't need that, there are alternatives. -via
