Liquid Blue is a seriously and professionally run operation with a very nice store located in the center of Cabarete and a great beach location. This is a reliable and responsible company that also enjoys a good reputation locally, even among their competitors. The owner, Charles Osterlund, is most helpful and knowledgeable and has a great staff headed up by Jeury, who handle everything from sales, rentals, lessons, excursions and much more.
